Objectives
- Drive and maximize the business impact of national commercial and promotional action plans across all Céraclès brands (Sport 2000, WAS, S2, Mondovélo…) with the following priorities:
- Generate traffic both in-store and online;
- Boost sales and optimize operational profitability.
Missions & Responsibilities
Market monitoring & analysis
- Establish and maintain active competitive intelligence on promotional offers, marketing actions, traffic generation levers, and drive-to-store/web initiatives;
- Leverage best market practices to continuously improve and optimize action plans.
Design & implementation of commercial action plans
- Actively contribute to defining the group’s promotional sales strategy;
- Support the presentation of strategies and action plans internally and externally;
- Design seasonal and annual commercial action plans in coordination with management, with the goals of increasing traffic, driving sales, and improving profitability;
- Apply a ROI-driven approach, setting measurable targets (traffic, sales revenue, margins) for each campaign and tracking results;
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders (e.g. Chief Digital Transformation Officer, Customer Marketing Director, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Brand/Retail Network Directors, Merchandising, Trade Marketing, E-commerce, Finance, etc.).
Operational management & project leadership
- Ensure cross-functional management: secure alignment and coordination across departments (Purchasing, Retail Network, Customer Marketing, CRM, E-commerce, Database, IT, Performance, etc.) by sharing essential information for campaign deployment;
- Coordinate key meetings and events related to the role (selections, trade shows – onsite or digital), including the presentation of commercial action plans and product operations;
- Produce 360° post-campaign reports (traffic, sales revenue, conversion, media ROAS, etc.);
- Contribute to weekly commercial reactivity, seizing short-term business opportunities.
Organization & methodology
- Prepare and facilitate meetings (work sessions, steering committees, strategic committees);
- Act as a key project-mode contributor, working with all internal teams, partner brands, and external providers;
- Provide regular reporting to the direct manager (N+1);
- (If managing a team) Define scope of responsibilities, set objectives, and monitor progress.
Profile Requirements
- Master’s degree (business school, university, etc.) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role (experience in commercial action plan management is mandatory) within the sports, entertainment, or retail sector;
- Proven track record in managing commercial & ROI-driven projects (sales revenue, traffic, margin);
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills (marketing, purchasing, digital, retail).
