We are actively seeking a highly organized and proactive
CONTENT COORDINATOR to support the execution of content activities through project coordination and hands-on marketing and administrative support, ensuring campaigns, activations, and content initiatives are delivered efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.


Key Responsibilities

Content Planning & Coordination

  • Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to understand content requirements and objectives.
  • Oversee the production process from concept to publication across multiple channels.
  • Align with brand and content teams on the content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery.

Content Creation & Editing

  • Write, edit, and proofread a variety of materials including website copy, press releases, blogs, social media posts, and marketing collateral.
  • Work with internal teams and external contributors to produce high-quality, engaging content.
  • Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and messaging standards.

Content Distribution & Performance

  • Coordinate the rollout of content across digital and offline platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement.
  • Conduct quality checks to maintain accuracy and integrity.

Collaboration & Innovation

  • Partner with agencies, graphic designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to enhance content impact.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content marketing.
  • Coordinate media accreditations to facilitate access for external stakeholders at events.
  • Oversee end-to-end management of short- and long-term content projects in collaboration with key stakeholders, including MAMs and content distribution platforms.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Track marketing budgets, manage purchase orders, and process invoices in coordination with the Finance team.
  • Support finance-related administrative tasks including vendor registration, budget reconciliation, and invoice follow-ups.
  • Liaise with the Legal and Finance teams to facilitate the contracting process for vendors, freelancers, and agencies (e.g., NDAs, SOWs, service agreements).
  • Maintain accurate trackers for contract status, budget allocations, and key negotiation summaries.
  • Assist in organizing negotiation processes and aligning supporting documentation with content creators, agencies, and event partners.
  • Organize and maintain shared folders, creative assets, and campaign trackers to improve workflow visibility and team collaboration.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, content coordination, or project management - preferably in the sports, media, or entertainment industries.
  • Familiarity with marketing workflows, content production, and digital asset management.
  • High attention to detail and a sound understanding of brand standards.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Asana, Trello, or similar project management platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally across departments and cultures.
  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Team player with empathy and strong relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Experience in the sports industry is a plus but not required.
  • Swiss citizenship or possession of a valid Swiss work permit.
