1.    Position challenges:

The position of Key Account Executive Sport is part of the brand's desire to Premiumize its Independent and Regional Key Accounts

He/she is responsible for defining, implementing and monitoring the marketing plans for the collections, in the brands for which he/she is responsible and in compliance with the group category strategy.

This position requires extensive knowledge of the distribution of sports goods, and more specifically the sneakers market.


2.  Main Missions:

· Guarantee the implementation of the Category Strategy within its brands in compliance with the business plans negotiated by the KAM

· Prepare, conduct and finalize the negotiation of marketing plans, on the Assortment and Animation / Promotion items with the Centrals

· Ensure the proper execution of the resources made available to achieve the objectives set within the framework of the business plans, in conjunction with the field sales teams

· Provide and communicate the elements necessary for purchasing forecasts and activity monitoring to other related departments within the company

· Analyze customer performance on the 4Ps and deduce action plans to seize opportunities or address risks

· Analyze Sell Out to build effective assortment recommendations

Know-how

- Graduate of a BAC +5 higher education such as a Business School

- At least 3 years' experience in a Sales Manager or Category Manager position

- Cross-experience FMCG + Textile ideal

- Mastery of retail KPIs and commercial planning

- Excel / Powerpoint proficiency

- English
