We are actively seeking a highly organized and proactive MARKETING COORDINATOR to support the execution of brand and content activities through project coordination and hands-on marketing and administrative support, ensuring campaigns, activations, and branding initiatives are delivered efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities: 

Marketing & Content Coordination
  • Coordinate campaign and content workflows, ensuring clear timelines, smooth execution, and alignment across teams.
  • Support the rollout of marketing campaigns across channels —including briefing, asset management, copy review, approvals, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with agencies, Local Organizing Committees, and internal departments (Digital, Commercial, Events, etc.) to keep projects on track.
  • Assist in coordinating brand and content deliverables for major events, athlete campaigns, and commercial partnerships. 
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual and written materials.
  • Contribute to content planning, research, and the development of toolkits for partners, broadcasters, and stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation of reports and presentations that summarize campaign performance and creative output.

Administrative & Operational Support
  • Track marketing budgets, manage purchase orders, and process invoices in coordination with the Finance team.
  • Support finance-related administrative tasks including vendor registration, budget reconciliation, and invoice follow-ups.
  • Liaise with the Legal and Finance teams to facilitate the contracting process for vendors, freelancers, and agencies (e.g., NDAs, SOWs, service agreements).
  • Maintain accurate trackers for contract status, budget allocations, and key negotiation summaries.
  • Assist in organizing negotiation processes and aligning supporting documentation with content creators, agencies, and event partners.
  • Organize and maintain shared folders, creative assets, and campaign trackers to improve workflow visibility and team collaboration.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, content coordination, or project management - preferably in the sports, media, or entertainment industries.
  • Familiarity with marketing workflows, content production, and digital asset management.
  • High attention to detail and a sound understanding of brand standards.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Asana, Trello, or similar project management platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally across departments and cultures.
  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Team player with empathy and strong relationship-building skills.

Application Requirements
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are an advantage. 
  • Experience in the sports industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Swiss citizenship or possession of a valid Swiss work permit.
