Located at our Madrid Showroom, you'll contribute to our mission to educate on ASICS technologies and ASICS products their related benefits and inspire with the brand heritage and purpose.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be To

• Follow the activity plan agreed with Marketing, Merchandising and Sales within the territories assigned.
• Provide high-quality training to stores' staff and support all the activities assigned such as Sales support, basics Visual Merchandising activities, support Marketing initiatives, including interacting with customers. Contribute to maximize direct and indirect sales and conversion at the point of sale.
• Explain the engaging brand history, culture, and values of the company. 
• Be perceived as an expert, including understanding competitive products and technologies.
• Focus on creating a Caregiver culture and strong relationship with customers and internal stakeholders.  Report all the activities by using the templates & tools provided.
• Ensure being up to date in all the knowledge required to be excellent in the activities assigned.

You Have The Following Skills

• University Degree or Diploma in Sport science and physical activity or Business Administration.
• 2-4 years of professional experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in retail and/or Marketing. 
• Full professional competency in English + country / market language.
• Full clean driving license
• Learning and teaching skills
• Planning skills.
