Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. We recently opened the Sauber Motorsport Technology Center in the United Kingdom. Our power unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations with support from the United Kingdom.

This position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your task
- Planning and coordination of the scheduling of stickers and branding applications in close coordination with the assembly and production teams
- Conducting capacity checks with all relevant assembly departments to ensure feasibility and on-time delivery
- Managing the availability and stock levels of stickers and films, including proactive inventory control
- Maintain and update documentation for slides and stickers on SharePoint, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
- Collecting and preparing parts for stencil and application processes
- Function as a central communication interface and close cooperation with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to coordinate and ensure smooth workflows
- Practical support with packaging and application of films if required
Your profile
- Completed mechanical training or apprenticeship as an advertising designer or in a comparable technical field
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in film application, vehicle branding or similar production tasks
- Proven experience in capacity planning and workflow management in technical or production environments
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively coordinate multiple departments and external partners
- Confident use of MS Office and basic knowledge of SAP for inventory and process management
- Familiarity with design software, especially Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Illustrator and Photoshop
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality in all areas of work
