Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a proactive and well-organised Legal & Compliance Assistant (m/f/d) 80-100% to join our international team in Zug. In this diverse and hands-on role, you will support our Legal and Compliance departments in various administrative, legal, and corporate tasks.

Your main tasks

  • Managing statutory corporate obligations for Swiss entities and supporting subsidiaries accordingly
  • Supporting contract processes, providing CRM user training, and ensuring data accuracy through regular CRM audits
  • Administering Adobe Sign and assisting users with setup and training
  • Communicating with external law firms, authorities, banks, and insurance partners
  • Maintaining and organising KYC documentation and compliance reporting
  • Drafting internal policies, supporting process documentation, preparing presentations and reviewing legal documents
  • Assisting in M&A projects and other confidential legal matters
  • Providing administrative support to the Legal department including travel bookings, expense management, meeting coordination, minute proofreading, and contract formatting
  • Assisting the Tax and Compliance departments with a variety of administrative and operational tasks


Your profile

  • You bring 1–3 years of experience in a legal, compliance, or administrative role
  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with a further education preferably in legal, compliance, or a similar field
  • You are proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • You have strong communication, excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • You are calm under pressure and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • You have a strong client-service mindset and a collaborative approach
  • You are detail-oriented, structured, proactive person and you can take responsibility independently
  • You are fluent in English and in German; additional languages are a plus
