In order to encourage and promote the importance of that conversation, we invited not one but two successful women of colour to talk about the challenges they have faced in their careers in the sports industry.
In this special episode - the first where we will have two guests at once - we will talk with Neikelle Moore, Director at Emerson Collective, and formerly at the NBA, and Eden Ghebresellassie, Global Creative Strategy Lead at ESPN.
