Top 20 Sponsors - The Most Attractive Employers in Sport 2024

Up next in the announcements of the Top 20 lists from Most Attractive Employers in Sport 2024 survey: Sponsors.

Sponsors, looking to align their brand with the positive values associated with sports leagues, athletes and events while reaching and impacting millions of viewers around the world, are a critical piece to the sports ecosystem. They provide billions of dollars to raise the quality and value of events and athletes. On this year’s list, you will find a variety of familiar names, many of which have become synonymous with some of the highest-profile sports events on the planet. Olympic top sponsors Allianz, Coca-Cola, Visa, Samsung and Omega are all on the list. Coca-Cola also serves as a top sponsor to FIFA, alongside Qatar Airways who also made the list. UEFA  sponsors Heineken, PS5 and Mastercard and automobile companies Audi, Mercedes Benz and Volkswagen, all with major sponsorship deals across a variety of sports events, also appear. Check out the full list below.

The list is the result of a study conducted by iWorkinSport, which surveyed more than 1,600 people from 83 countries representing all continents, with the majority already working in sport, and asked them a simple question: “If you could choose to work anywhere in sport, where would that be?”

At first, the respondents chose organisations divided into ten categories and, at the end, they indicated one single preferred choice, overall – the “Employer of their Dreams”.

The final rankings of the iWorkinSport Most Attractive Employers 2024 will be announced at an Awards ceremony at the Olympic Museum, in Lausanne, on June 4th, at a VIP dinner offered to recruiters and academic partners of the iWorkinSport Job Fair, which will take place the following day in Lausanne.
